Transportation
Food shelf visits
Banking, grocery shopping
Delivery of commodities/Naps boxes
Medical appointments and medication pick-up
County paperwork
Social security
Health insurance information

Advocates will transport and accompany Elders/Disabled individuals to county appointments.
