Clients must provide proof of age (55+) or proof of disability.

Hours

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Hours outside of office hours may be arranged with individual advocates.

Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible MORE INFORMATION Elder Advocates assist with:
  • Transportation
  • Food shelf visits
  • Banking, grocery shopping
  • Delivery of commodities/Naps boxes
  • Medical appointments and medication pick-up
  • County paperwork
  • Social security
  • Health insurance information
Advocates will transport and accompany Elders/Disabled individuals to county appointments.
