- Eligible individuals must prepare their own meals and cannot live in a facility that provides meals.

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) provides a box of healthy and nutritious food products each month at no cost to eligible individuals over the age of 60.
Participants receive a monthly food package containing the following items:
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Nonfat dry and shelf stable low-fat milk and locally made American cheese
- Canned meat, chicken or fish, peanut butter, and dry or canned beans
- Whole grains which include ready to eat breakfast cereal, rolled oats and brown rice
- 100% juice with no sugar added
- Educational newsletters on older adult nutrition are provided at least quarterly
