Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION * Youth Outreach: Provides confidential, nonjudgmental support and assistance for youth who have run away from home or are without a stable place to stay. * StreetWorks: Provides street-based outreach to youth experiencing homelessness in the Metro area May provide: * Youth shelter bed availability in real-time * Youth Drop-in Centers * Basic Needs (clothing, showers, hygiene, etc.) * Youth food shelves and hot meals * Youth-focused medical care * Sexual health care * Mental health counseling * Crisis numbers * Parenting youth resources
