DESCRIPTION: Treatment and education designed to maintain or improve a person's physical, intellectual and social health. Services can be provided on a short-term or long-term basis. MORE INFORMATION Service available for individuals who no longer need hospital care, but would benefit from additional therapy and care before resuming life in the community following injury, illness or surgery. Services include: * Physical, occupational and speech therapy * Aquatic therapy * Postoperative therapy
