Promotes and facilitates ongoing information exchange between law enforcement, community groups/senior providers and the older adults they serve. The File of Life Medical Information program enables emergency responders to obtain a quick and accurate medical history when a patient is unable to offer one.

• This emergency information card containing details such as medications, allergies, emergency contacts and other medical information.
• The File of Life packet is placed on your refrigerator or in your glove compartment with a sticker on the front door of your house or on the back driver's side window of your car to inform emergency responders of the packet.
