Coordinated activities are provided to students to teach the knowledge and skills needed for post-school activities. This can include such things as employment, further education and training, community experiences or living independently. MORE INFORMATION Assists youth and young adults in transitioning from high school into adulthood. Services can be provided one on one, in a group setting, at home, in the community, at school or at their office. Services include:
  • Navigating from high school to a post-secondary setting
  • Transitioning to a first job
  • Obtaining a driver's permit
  • Learning to ride the city bus
