Companionship programs provide volunteers to visit with people who are in the hospital, unable to leave their home, or socially isolated. Visitors provide conversation, reading or other social activities to help keep older adults or people with disabilities engaged. MORE INFORMATION Friendly Visiting Volunteers provide scheduled visits to adults age 60+ who are living independently and need companionship or someone to talk to.
