International ministry rooted in the Catholic tradition and serving people of all faith backgrounds. The programs are based in local retreats, including sites in Minnesota.
Different sites offer different levels and types of support groups, which may include:
- Coping with Life Alone: A one-day introductory program designed to help those who are grieving the loss of a spousal relationship due to death, divorce or separation. The program helps the participants begin to deal with the loss and focus on what lies ahead.
- The Beginning Experience Weekend: Helps deal with the natural grief process and offers an opportunity for turning the pain of loss into an experience of positive growth.
- Moving Forward with Hope, Coping with Life Alone: A multi-session, in-person program designed to help those who are grieving the loss of a spousal relationship due to death, divorce or separation.
- From Heartbreak to Hope, Coping with Life Alone: Offers a 10 week program designed to ease the emotional pain felt after a death, divorce, or long-term separation.
