Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Outreach Services are designed to prevent and disrupt youth homeless. All of 180 Degrees youth shelters (Brittany's Place, Hope House, St. Cloud Youth Shelter, VonWald Youth Shelter) have an onsite Outreach worker who works directly with youth in the community. Services include providing:
  • Necessities like food, hygiene products, backpacks, clothing
  • Emotional support, connection, and advocacy
  • Referrals to resources like shelter, food shelves, mental health services, and more
