  • Diagnosed with a serious mental illness or serious and persistent mental illness

Offers adult mental health support services to those living with a serious mental illness, such as connection to resources and organized activities MORE INFORMATION Forever Friends is a community-based program serving consumers with serious and persistent mental illness to increase responsibility over their lives and to function as actively and independently as possible in the community. Services include:
  • Computer with Internet access
  • Kitchen amenities
  • Sewing machine
  • Variety of games and puzzles
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Craft supplies
  • Social activities such as crafts, scrapbooking, field trips, and volunteer work
