DESCRIPTION: Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. MORE INFORMATION Volunteers provides services to people 60 years and older through the use of volunteer drivers The program is for seniors who have no other transportation available to them. This program covers trips to: * Clinics, doctors, hospitals, dentists, chiropractors and other medical trips * Grocery shopping (limited to once a week in the person's town) * Business - banking, legal, Social Security, Social Services

Fee

Fee per mile with a minimum of $5.00

Eligibility

Residents of Cass County aged 60 years and older Seniors must need the service because no other transportation is available. This means that no one in the household is available to drive, or the person has no car or is not able to drive due to medical reasons.
