Eligibility

Children must be 0 - 18 and registered in the Hopkins or Minnetonka School Districts or live in the following cities:
  • Hopkins, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Shorewood, Deephaven, Greenwood or Woodland
At the time of your appointment, you must bring a photo I.D., proof of current address, and identification for each registered child. You must have physical custody of your child.

Application process

Contact the social services staff by phone or email. Registration will open in November.
