The Day Break adult day services program provides a daily alternative for individuals who require extra support to remain in the community and provides respite for caregivers.
The Adult Day Service is open Monday - Friday.
Daily services include:
- Activities to increase physical strength and cognitive abilities
- Meals
- Social and recreational activities
- Daily group exercise
- Caregivers respite support
- Transportation to and from services for clients
