Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing. Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited. MORE INFORMATION Offers transitional living arrangements for homeless youth ages 16 - 24 in the Twin Cities Metro area Living arrangements are in host homes - volunteer adults provide safe housing and support to homeless youth in their community. The youth are not assigned to a home by the agency, but are able to select a host home to live in. Offers host home programs including: * Minneapolis and suburban host homes * ConneQT supports Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Others (LGBTQ+) youth homelessness ages 16 - 24 for up to one year. All host home families are LGBTQ or allies. * Young Families provides housing and support for youth ages 18 - 24 and their children in apartments.
