Eligibility

Members must: * Be 18 years of age or older * Hold a valid driver's license * Have at least one year of fully licensed driving experience * Have had no major traffic violations in the past three years and no violations related to drugs and/or alcohol in the past seven years

Application process

Submit an application. Once approved, membership gives you access to a fleet of vehicles located at hubs across the Twin Cities and Rochester.

Fees

Various membership rates. Cost of gas and insurance are included in the membership fee.

Description

Allows individuals and businesses to reserve and use cars, and pay by the hour. Service available for 30 minutes - 3 days. Self-service reservations are made online or by phone. Members pick up a car at a convenient location and return the car to its parking space. Individual, student, and business memberships are available. You also sign up with Evie Carshare, giving you access to over 150 all-electric one-way vehicles across Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
