Adult Residential Mental Health Crisis Stabilization Service

Eligibility
Recipients must:
  • Need residential crisis stabilization services to avoid hospitalization and return to pre-crisis level of function
  • Be assessed by a mental health crisis team, an Emergency Department physician or a mental health professional and determined to need this level of care

All admissions are voluntary Screening is done by phone and admission by bed availability

Crisis stabilization services are mental health services, provided after crisis intervention, to help the recipient return to his/her functioning to the level it was before the crisis. A crisis assessment and intervention treatment plan are provided to the individual upon arrival at the residential crisis stabilization facility. Length of stay ranges anywhere from 1 - 10 days. MORE INFORMATION Provides short term beds to adults to stay while working through a mental health crisis
