Learn more about this service when paid for under waivers in the Community-Based Services Manual. MORE INFORMATION Hot meals delivered to homebound persons between 11:00am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday. Frozen meals available for weekends. All meals are low-sodium and diabetic friendly. Also offers dairy free, vegetarian, gluten free, renal, mechanical soft and puree meal options for those who need them.
