Home Delivered Meals

Eligibility
Older adults (age 60 and older) who are at-risk, homebound, ill or considered vulnerable, in 44 communities across Central Minnesota Can also deliver full-price meals to those under age 60 who need service due to an illness, disability or injury.
Application process
Call the location serving the area near your home. A list of all locations served is available online, or call the main office at: (320) 229-4584 to be connected to the nearest location.

MORE INFORMATION Catholic Charities Meals on Wheels Program delivers nutritious noon-hour meals to the homes of at-risk, homebound, ill, and vulnerable persons. If you are you recovering from a major surgery, cancer treatment or just in need of rehabilitation time due to an injury or illness, then Eat Well Get Well program can help. Nutritious meals are provided by the Catholic Charities Senior Dining Meals on Wheels Program. Cost of this service is based on an individual assessment and is offered in designated areas. Catholic Charities can also deliver full-price meals to those under age 60 who need service due to an illness or injury.
