A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION The following support groups may be available:
  • Drop-In Support Group - For individuals that could benefit from supportive therapy services.
  • Queer Identities Group - For adults to discuss health and well-being within the Queer community.
  • Chronic Pain Support Group - For adults with chronic pain to discuss mental well-being.
  • All Genders Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group - For adults to discuss emotional regulation, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and coping skills.
  • Options Group - For adults to explore connections between mental health and substance use.
  • Hmong and Laotian Men's Support Group - For adults to discuss health and well-being.
  • Hmong and Laotian Women's Support Group - For adults to discuss health and well-being.
  • Karibu Mtoto Parenting Program - For mothers who are pregnant or have children under 5 years.
  • Women's DBT Group - For adults to discuss emotional regulation, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and coping skills.
  • Young Minds Adolescent Support Group - For teens 12-14 years to connect and learn strategies to support their mental health.
