Description

A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Family and friends who have a loved one experiencing Alzheimer's or a related dementia are welcome to attend. Come as often as you are able. Facilitators are trained through the Alzheimer's Association. Support groups are offered in-person and online via Zoom. Support group dates & times are: * Virtual group on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:30am * In-person group on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:30am at Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes
