Eligibility

Groups are open to caregivers who live in (or are caring for someone who lives in) Carver, Hennepin, Scott, Sherburne, or Wright counties and caring for an older adult or someone with a cognitive diagnosis

Hours

8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Fees

$5.00 per meeting is encouraged but not required No one is denied service due to inability to pay
