A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Provides 20 monthly caregiver support groups facilitated by licensed Social Workers, offering a safe place for caregivers to learn from one another by sharing experiences, challenges, coping strategies, and humor. The goal is to help caregivers care for themselves through education and empowerment. There is no fee and caregivers may join any time. In-person groups are offered in: * Bloomington * Chanhassen * Eden Prairie * Edina * Elk River * Minnetonka * Monticello * Plymouth * Prior Lake * Rogers * St. Michael * Waconia Virtual groups for: * Adult children or grandchildren of people experiencing memory loss * Memory Loss Caregivers Monthly Memory Cafes are offered in Wright, Hennepin and Scott counties.
