Respite provides care on a short-term basis for a person who cannot take care of themselves, and who is usually taken care of by a family member or friend. The service is designed to provide temporary coverage for the caregiver during an absence or need for relief. MORE INFORMATION The Road Home program is a 30 day program designed specifically for a transition from a hospital or rehabilitation center.
