DESCRIPTION: Program that helps people understand and successfully complete forms, paperwork or documents that are required to receive benefits or services MORE INFORMATION This program assists residents to determine if they are eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as Food Support. Staff shares information with eligible low-income people about the program. Offers assistance with completing the Combined Application Form (CAF) and the Mnbenefits online form (https://mnbenefits.mn.gov). Provides an eligibility pre-screen and other community resources.
