  • United Hospital
  • Minneapolis VA Health Care
  • Minnesota Oncology (all locations)

Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Volunteers provide door-to-door transportation to and from lung cancer screenings, treatments, or medical appointments for lung cancer patients and their caregivers being treated at one of their partner healthcare centers.
