Unable to provide services to all areas in the 7 county metro area. See list of cities to confirm if rides are available in your area.

7:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Saturday

Application process

To schedule your ride, call the office at (612) 799-2899 at least one (1) working day before a scheduled medical appointment. The office is open Monday - Saturday from 7:00am - 8:00pm. You will need to have the following information at hand when calling to schedule a ride:
  • Name of your medical insurance
  • Complete pick-up address
  • The name, complete address, and phone number of medical provider
  • Exact appointment date and time
  • The type of medical appointment (i.e., dialysis, obstetrics, dental, etc.)
  • Return time, if known
If you need to cancel a ride, please call at least two (2) hours before your scheduled pick-up. Transport to urgent appointments can be scheduled at any time and is provided on an "as available" basis.
