Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION The Volunteer Driver Program provides safe, reliable transportation to individuals who are on assistance or have needs that can not be met by public transit systems. Dial-a-Ride:
  • Provides a curb-to-curb service for Beltrami, Roseau, and Lake of the Woods county residents and visitors.
  • Does not provide emergency medical service nor is it run like a taxi service. Other passengers are likely to be picked up or dropped off between your pick-up and destination.
  • Bemidji service area is a 10 mile radius of the City Hall.
  • Roseau and Warroad service area is within a 4 mile radius of the center of each community.
  • Provides service to the Lakes Road, Clementson, Pitt, Graceton and Williams in Baudette.
Dial-a-Ride provides service:
  • Bemidji: 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday
  • Warroad: 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Roseau: 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Baudette: 7:30am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday
