- Emma's Place is a townhome community for families with 3 or more children formerly experiencing homelessness with one or more members of the household having a mental illness, chemical dependency, and/or a chronic health condition.
- Scattered-Site Housing: Families and single adult clients live in rental units from private landlords, with wrap-around supportive services and trauma-informed care from Emma Norton case managers
