Eligibility
Meals can be delivered to areas of the Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs Clients who are HIV positive and live outside of the delivery area can get meals shipped to them. If someone is located outside the delivery area, contact agency about picking up meals from a satellite office
Application process
Find an application based on your health needs on the website. Meals are delivered to clients' homes once a week by volunteer delivery drivers, with additional meals provided for caregivers and dependent children if requested.

MORE INFORMATION Offers meal delivery to people with: * HIV/AIDS * End stage renal disease * Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) * Cancer * Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) * Multiple Sclerosis (MS) * Chronic heart failure Meal deliveries include a combination of fresh and frozen meals. Clients with children or caregivers in their home can also receive additional meals for their family members depending on funding. Menus offered for the following diets: * Medically tailored meals * Heart healthy * Kidney-friendly/Renal * Flavor neutral * Vegetarian * Gluten and dairy friendly (Not an allergen free facility) * Pureed diet The Cultural Meals Program includes culturally appropriate Hmong and East African clients.
