Eligibility
For the clinic, income limits apply:
- Provides free legal services to low-income residents of Olmsted County.
- Serve individuals with annual incomes at or below 125% of federal poverty guidelines.
- In emergency cases, they have discretion to evaluate and approve increase household's income up to 200% of federal poverty guidelines.

Application process
All clinic participants will be instructed to complete a landlord/tenant application for services
Office is open by appointment only.
For the hotline: Call (507) 529-4111 and leave a message describing your question, your name and phone number, and an advocate will return your call.
Staff attorneys offer free legal advice to eligible people on landlord-tenant matters from 9:30am - 11:30am, every Friday.
