Application process

All clinic participants will be instructed to complete a landlord/tenant [application for services](https://laocmn.org/services-laoc/eligibility-applications) Office is open by appointment only. For the hotline: Call (507) 529-4111 and leave a message describing your question, your name and phone number, and an advocate will return your call. Staff attorneys offer free legal advice to eligible people on landlord-tenant matters from 9:30am - 11:30am, every Friday.

Eligibility

For the clinic, income limits apply: * Provides free legal services to low-income residents of Olmsted County. * Serve individuals with annual incomes at or below 125% of federal poverty guidelines. * In emergency cases, they have discretion to evaluate and approve increase household's income up to 200% of federal poverty guidelines. For the hotline: Anyone can call and receive advice; income qualification not required
