Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Youth outreach services can help crisis intervention and ongoing support services that include one-on-one case management on a self-referral basis for youth who are currently homeless. Connections can be made to other needed services such as:
