Lexington Commons: * Sober living community * 48 efficiency apartments specifically designed for single adults who meet the state definition of Long-Term Homeless and single adults who meet the federal definition of Chronic Homelessness (lacking a permanent place to live continuously for more than one year or four times in the past three years and have a serious disability). * A permanent, supportive, affordable housing, with private kitchens and baths; air conditioning; accessible and adaptable for persons with disabilities Leases are for 6 months with no set end date of occupancy (so long as the lease terms are met). All individuals must bring documentation of homelessness. Individuals being considered for the 24 units designated for chronic homeless must also bring documentation of disability.
