Transportation - Dial-a-Ride

Eligibility
Anyone can use the dial-a-ride. However, the City of Plymouth requires that children under the age of 10 be accompanied by a person 13 years or older when riding the bus to ensure their safety. This does not apply to students riding to and from school.

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday open until 6:00pm, Tuesday
Application process
Rides can be reserved up to 5 days in advance by calling (763) 559-5057 or by using the app to request and pay for a ride. Hours of operation: 5:00am - 8:30pm, Monday - Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday 6:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday

MORE INFORMATION Dial-a-Ride is a curb-to-curb transit service for Plymouth residents and their guests. A deluxe mini-bus will take you anywhere in Plymouth and to these locations outside Plymouth:
  • Ridgedale
  • Downtown Wayzata
  • Golden Valley Center
  • Maple Grove
Dial-a-Ride is a shared ride service and travel may not always bring you to your destination directly. All Plymouth Metrolink vehicles are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible.
