Transportation - Dial-a-Ride

MORE INFORMATION Dial-a-Ride is a curb-to-curb transit service for Plymouth residents and their guests. A deluxe mini-bus will take you anywhere in Plymouth and to these locations outside Plymouth: * Ridgedale * Downtown Wayzata * Golden Valley Center * Maple Grove Dial-a-Ride is a shared ride service and travel may not always bring you to your destination directly. All Plymouth Metrolink vehicles are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible.

Rides can be reserved up to 5 days in advance by calling (763) 559-5057 or by using the app to request and pay for a ride. Hours of operation: 5:00am - 8:30pm, Monday - Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday 6:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday
Fee
$3 each way
Eligibility
Anyone can use the dial-a-ride. However, the City of Plymouth requires that children under the age of 10 be accompanied by a person 13 years or older when riding the bus to ensure their safety. This does not apply to students riding to and from school.
