Chore services to help provide minor indoor and/or outdoor home repair and maintenance or handyman work to help keep homes safe. MORE INFORMATION Age in Place is a home repair program that helps low-income homeowners preserve their home. Repairs are focused on access and safety with older adult homeowners. Eligible homeowners receive low-cost repair services such as:
  • Accessibility ramps
  • Railings
  • Porch, deck, and stair repair
  • Basic landscaping
  • Gutter maintenance
  • Grab bars
  • Walk-in tubs
Volunteer labor and donated materials help keep costs low.
