Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing. Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited. MORE INFORMATION Provides monthly rent subsidy and case management for up to 2 years Case management assists in finding a rental unit and setting up monthly financial and personal goals, connecting to supportive resources in the community The Hope program provides monthly rent subsidy and case management for up to 2 years for victims of domestic violence, as well as, safety planning, counseling services, and court advocacy The Progress program provides monthly rent subsidy and case management for up to 2 years for those considered to be experiencing homelessness, recently spent time in jail, an institution, a hospital, or treatment facility
