Case management assists in finding a rental unit and setting up monthly financial and personal goals, connecting to supportive resources in the community
The Hope program provides monthly rent subsidy and case management for up to 2 years for victims of domestic violence, as well as, safety planning, counseling services, and court advocacy
The Progress program provides monthly rent subsidy and case management for up to 2 years for those considered to be experiencing homelessness, recently spent time in jail, an institution, a hospital, or treatment facility
