Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Transportation services provides rides for the elderly age 60 and above in and around their community. * Medical, vision and dental appointments * Grocery shopping and other errands * Rides to church, senior centers and community centers * Door to door service * Not wheelchair equipped * Volunteers transport in their personal vehicles
