Program that provides a free or low cost meal to people in need MORE INFORMATION United Cambodian Association of Minnesota (UCAM) works with Kolap Restaurant to provide meals to the seniors in the nutrition program five days a week. The nutrition program is a multifaceted program that combines community gardening, food banks, and nutrition education. The program serves elders from the Cambodian, Chinese, and Karen communities.
