Employment Support for Workers with Disabilities

Eligibility
Any individual who has a disability or mental health condition with a substantial barrier to employment, who can benefit from help to meet employment goals. To qualify:
  • Must reside on or near the boundaries of the White Earth Reservation
  • Must be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe
  • Be employed at least 20 hours per week and/or a full-time student
  • Have a current / updated medical diagnosis physical health, mental health, learning disability, or impairments that may impede employment and/or education)
  • Presumption that applicant can benefit from vocational rehabilitation services

Meal served at 11:30 am Health clinic: 9:00am - 3:30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday
