Eligibility
Provides non-emergency medical transportation for recipients who are one of the following:
- Enrolled in Medical Assistance
- Enrolled in state-only funded Medical Assistance benefits due to residing in an Institution for Mental Diseases (IMD)
- A MinnesotaCare enrollee under the age of 21
- A pregnant woman enrolled in MinnesotaCare
- Enrolled in Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA)

Application process
If you are on a managed care health plan, call your plan first.
Persons who are on Medical Assistance (MA) fee-for-service (directly through the county) call MNet directly.
To schedule a ride:
- Call between 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
- You must call at least three business days before your appointment
- Have your trip information ready when you call
- Be ready at least 15 minutes before your ride is scheduled to arrive
