- Review guardian actions
- General questions and information on services for persons with mental or developmental disabilities, chemical dependence or emotional disturbance
- An agency, facility or program must report to this office the death or serious injury of a client within 24 hours of the incident
- Helps with information on the Civil Commitment and Treatment Act and related law
