Eligibility

A Perham Area Community Center membership or day pass is required to join the Elevate Connections activities.

Application process

For Connections, leave a message at (218) 347-1974 to reserve your meal. Meals must be reserved by 12pm the business day before. (Monday meals need to be reserved on Friday.) For Elevating Voices, sign up online to participate.

Fees

Meal cost: $6 for people age 60 and older, $10 for people under age 60.

Recreational activities for older adults to create social connections, learn new things and improve their general well-being. MORE INFORMATION Elevate Connections provides daily activities to keep you connected.
  • Social time starts at 10:00am
  • Lunch is served at 11:30am Monday - Thursday in the Connections Room at the Community Center, 620 3rd Ave SE, Perham

Elevating Voices offers a choral singing experience for those with memory loss and their care partners. Singers of all abilities will come together to create and learn in weekly rehearsals. The rehearsals will be capped off with a special recital to showcase all of the chorus' hard work for family and friends to enjoy. Rehearsals are from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Crosspoint Alliance Church – 600 NE 8th St, Perham. See the website for upcoming dates.
