Description
Learn more about this service when paid for under waivers in the Community-Based Services Manual. MORE INFORMATION This service provides a console connected to your existing phone line to be used in case of personal emergency. In the event of a personal emergency, pressing the wireless button triggers a call to a Central Station Operator (monitored 24-hours per day). A mobile Personal Emergency Response Systems (mPERS) is also offered which works from a cellular network and does not require an existing phone line. The mPERS systems will work anywhere with cellular coverage.
