Service is available for wheelchair users if client is able to transfer to the car, and wheelchair is foldable and able to stow in trunk

Transportation hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Accepts private pay, Medical Assistance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Prime West, Medica, Humana, and waivered services
