An Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) is housing that provides staff supervision services for people who have a mental disability and may have other related conditions. Staff provides training and help in all areas of daily living, including self-care, taking medicine, nutrition and cooking, money management, recreation, social skills, and community involvement. This provider is a Medicaid Certified Intermediate Care Facility for the Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). This provider is licensed as a Supervised Living Facility by the Minnesota Department of Health and is subject to periodic health and safety inspections for regulatory compliance by the Department of Health. *The terminology used to describe people with developmental disabilities has changed over time.
