Description
Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Offers door-to-door non-emergency transportation service to individuals with disabilities or special needs throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts. In addition to medical rides, limited transportation is available to family and social functions. Long distance travel is offered with prior arrangement.
