Services are generally available to people who:
- Are over the age of 65
- Have a disability or other health challenges such as memory loss, Parkinson's, balance issues, depressions, or diabetes
- Live in their own home, including many types of assisted living settings. (Can also serve people in skilled nursing facilities if they are working on skills to help transition to more independent living.)

Individuals and/or family members can contact the Lighthouse directly with the online referral form or by calling (218) 624-4828. Doctors or social service agencies may also make a referral.
