Housing Support

To qualify for Housing Support, people must: * Be 65 or older, or be over 18 and have a disability that prevents them from working enough to support themselves, and * Have less than $10,000 in assets, and * Have less countable income than the maximum benefit allowed where they reside, and * Meet additional requirements that may apply in certain programs or types of housing. Examples of eligible places include: * Adult Foster Care * Board and Lodges * Supervised Living Facilities * Boarding Care Homes * Long-term Homeless Supportive Housing * Independent and Assisted Living Facilities
8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Helps pay housing-related expenses for people with low income who are 65 years or older, or are 18 years or older and have a disability that prevents them from working enough to support themselves. People can receive Housing Support from an eligible provider if they live in an eligible place, which could be a licensed facility or a person's own home. In some situations, Housing Support may provide additional supportive services for people who are not receiving waiver or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services.
