Drop-in centers provide a space for homeless individuals to spend time and connect with services. Spaces are typically open during the day or evening hours. MORE INFORMATION Community Outreach Resources Empowerment (C.O.R.E.) program provides a resource and drop-in center for youth who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness in Dakota County. Some of the services and programming available at C.O.R.E. include: * Support applying for benefits and public assistance * Transportation assistance * Meals and snacks * Referrals and access to shelter and housing * Hygiene kits and other basic needs, such as food and clothing * Laundry and showers * Use of phone number and mailing address for job applications
