Home Rehabilitation Program:
  • Plymouth resident and own your home
  • Current on mortgage payments, deed payments, property taxes, homeowners insurance and home owners association dues (if applicable).
  • Have a household income not above the limits by household size.
Emergency Repair Program for Seniors:
  • Home in Plymouth that needs emergency repairs
  • Owner is age 55 or older
  • Have a household income not above the limits by household size.

Grant or loan program to homeowners for routine home maintenance, emergency repairs, or accessibility improvements. Participants must meet income and other eligibility requirements. MORE INFORMATION The Home Rehabilitation Program is available to Plymouth homeowners to help with repairs to make the home a safer, more energy efficient place to live. This may include new roofs, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation. Funding is a zero interest deferred loan. Offers a zero interest deferred loan up to $40,000 for low and moderate income households to maintain, repair and improve their homes in the City of Plymouth.
  • Eligible improvements include repairs necessary to make your home a safer, more energy efficient place to live. This includes new roofs, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation.
The Emergency Repair Program for Seniors is a grant for Plymouth homeowners age 55 or older. Grants up to $7500 can be used for emergency repairs to:
  • Water heaters
  • Furnaces
  • Roof repairs
  • Broken windows
  • Doors and door locks
  • Water and sewer repairs
  • Accessibility upgrades - grab bars and handrails
  • Minor electrical and plumbing work
  • Critical kitchen and bath repairs
